Maybe turmeric curcumin is worth trying?

It always helps me with the symptoms you're describing.

I'd ask for some prednisone if youre feeling that badly. See if it knocks out the inflammation, at least may give you a temporary respite so you can feel like a human for a few days.

I’m so sorry. Working in the yard would also expose you to mold spores in addition to pollen.

Headache, neckache, dizziness and numbness in the nose could all be from mold exposure. Start using a neti pot a few times a day to rinse nasal passages. Take binders - whatever you’ve got - charcoal, chlorella, bentonite, zeolite, citrus pectin, chlorophyll, okra powder. Sniff some tea tree oil. Take oregano capsules.

Anything else besides working in the yard that might have brought this on?

Hey WBF - Nothing out of the ordinary working in yard. No insects out yet like they soon will be. I have activated charcoal and actually took it about 2:00 am last night. The bad headache and stiff neck started around 11 and ended sometime around 3:00 am. Even waking up I felt a tighter than usual neck.

One other note I forgot to add: Within 30 minutes of waking up today I had blood in my right eye. That happened after lifting something. That is second time that has happened in just over two months. It went away last time, but I don't remember having a headache and tight neck last time.

Have you had any similar symptoms? I thought it might be from oregeno, but it doesn't seem to relate from when I started taking it. Also don't know if the support I am taking - Tru Flora followed by TruBifido (taking Bifidio now) and next week will be TruFlora - might impact all this.

Never know what tomorrow might bring is a very hard part of this for so many on this site. It wears you down. Last night and, to some degree, the night before.were new levels.

I’m currently suffering from full body inflammation too. Mine is due to the IVIG, my body reacting to other people’s immunoglobulins.

Mold, IVIG...just goes to show an allergen is often involved.

Have you eaten anything different? Any new supplements? Flu shot perhaps?

I'm concerned about the blood in the eye thing, too. Never heard of that. It does seem troubling that your blood vessels are that friable. Are you on a lot of blood thinning medications or supplements? Do you have other vascular issues?

WBF, have you found any way to get TUDCA Plus more inexpensively? I am fine with paying so much for a supplement that helps, but since 90% of the things I try end up languishing on a shelf due to a negative reaction, I am reluctant to buy some....

I take a good amount of herbs and some do thin blood. Omega 3, turmeric. Cordyceps slows clotting, so don't know if that would thin blood. Also take cryptolepsis and monolaurin. Other vitamins as well. Don't know if that impacts blood to happen in eye or if it is Lyme related somehow. I had a branch retinal vein occlusion in my other eye about 5 months ago and the vision isn't real good. Also had same thing happen to same eye in 2005.

At this point, I have no idea what to do. I thought the dermatologist had determined I had loss of elasticity under skin but not major fat loss, but when I met with her yesterday, she said both are happening. It just keeps getting worse and worse, the eyes, headaches, dizziness... I've been trying to get my doctor to approve blood tests from MDL now for two weeks. It is not covered by my insurance, so I will pay for it. Have no idea why it is taking so long just to have her approve having the tests, which can't hurt.

If I could find a good LLMD to go to, I would. Tired of doctors saying "you have a lot of loss of fat" but then they do nothing to try to find out why or help. Most all autoimmune tests come out negative, yet skin and body symptoms can't be explained. They just send me on to another doctor. Hope is no longer in my mind, as much as I don't like being negative.

There has to be a doctor who knows what might be happening and actually gives a darn, rather than just send you on with what was already known and obvious.

I'm sure there are so many who can relate to that.

Two things helped me the most dental and parasites. With your head issues I would get checked by a biological dds if you havent already. If you have root canals you may want to watch the movie Root Cause

Black Tara - I'm glad you have found something that helps you with that. I would take ashwaganda but it is contradicted with kidney problems. So I am trying turmeric as suggested by Rainy Cloud.

magoo - I am going to see a biological dentist in next two weeks concerning a tooth I had pulled and possible replacement. I will check then about root canals and other dental issues.

dcd- I'm sorry the IVIG caused problems for you. I remember you were hopeful it would help. I will check into Dr. K. Hope is all that can keep us going, and after so long, I'm fading on it. Never have I been one to give up on something, but time has worn me down after so many years. It would be easier if I didn't see all it has done to my body. Just a consistent reminder.

Whos knows wt causes it maybe lyme or Bart and mold top of my list my neck is so stiff it actually pops and cracks when I go to turn or lift my head. When I lift my arms I can actually hear the grinding and stiffness if it makes sense . Kinda like the tinman from wizard of Oz. The dizziness is so bad feels more like a heavy pressure in head and shoulders so I k ow babesia does that even tho it will never show up on blood tests hides in red blood cells. I have the little red dots petechiae u call it doc didn't think anything of it bt I know better. I take astragalus goldenseal and just started cats claw and I been getting these haedaaches neck pain and shoulder pain it's awful smh what can I do for herx also lots of nausea that randomly hits me my heart will start pounding and I'll feel like I'm just gonna drop

So what do u hv Lyme Bart or Babs??? Sound like Lyme disease I have all those symptoms trust me I know it's awful I thought I was dying dying or going completely insane still going thru it. The doctors won't care they'll do every test in the book they'll come back negative .that's wt happen to me even tho I had 4 bands positive on Western blot Lyme test and alternative medicine doctor is out of the question for me too expensive so I treat myself

At lowest point, physically, after dealing with this for so many years. Looking for any suggestions that might help.

Last night my neck became more stiff than ever, which lead to hours of headache, dizziness, walking around the house for hours. Also, the numbness in right side of nose much worse.

Tried to drive to doctor today and hit a plastic road barrel. Neck pain and headache was a little better but is now going back to where it was along with dizziness.

Any idea of what might help, cause? I stopped taking most everything today to help. Have never been barely unable to function through years of this. Going backwards.
