Should I go off of my abx combo?

My LLMD currently has me on Zithro/Tinidazole combo and it has lowered my immune system. Should I quit these temporarily due to Covid? Are us Lymies more at risk?

How do you know it’s lowered your immune system?

Do you have low wbc count?

Can you call your LLMD ?

Can't call LLMD. They are shut down until April 15th.

MY LLMD said the antibiotics were lowering my WBC. My WBC count went from 6.5 to 3.8. The out of range on the low side is 3.33, so still not out yet but tests have shown it going down. He thinks it'll plateau.

My last test my wbc was 4.3
The lab in range starts at 4.0.

I think mine lowers when on abx... then when I’m off, it slowly climbs.

I’m on 1 week on, 3 weeks off.
I tested at the end of the 3 weeks off.

If I didn’t start up again, I believe my wbc would continue to rise.

Zithro is reported to be effective against coronavirus. Why would you want to stop that?

if you want to go off your antibiotics, then I would suggest at a minimum a good herb protocol, many which promote immune system response and good health. Or disulfiram. Can anyone reading this post their herbal protocol?

I've had WBC counts of 2.8 frequently and lived to test again very three months for past 10 years. Don't worry about it. It is what it is. My IMGGs are also always low....

Stay the course with Zith /Tini. Maybe add some Astragulas (start real slow, depending on where your Lyme load is) to help boost immune system.
