Anyone used a good green powder for nutrition? Looking for something with no fruit, just greens basically. Thanks.

I taken a few of them at the moment I like moringa leaf powder because it is very nutritious and a super food. Well they are all superfoods.
If I feel detoxing is important I take chlorella and barley powder.
I tend to have at least one on hand depending on what I feel my body needs at the time.
Lots of people like the spiralina mix but it gives me a headache. They all have different benefits so I take the ones I think will support me at the time. Recently I have added kale powder because of its benefits.

The one I hear about most often is Green Vibrance, but I have not tried it personally.

The Green Vibrance might be a good one. I'm actually looking for something for my dad for his prostate cancer regimen. He's working with an integrative oncologist now, and she recommended using a green powder in place of juice at times. The Might Maca wouldn't work, as apparently Maca is something you want to avoid with prostate cancer.

I've used Amazing Grass. Their are versions with fruit and other stuff as well as versions with only wheat grass and/or other green stuff.

One thing that might be a concern with Amazing Grass and probably other green powders is heavy metal contamination. I'm not sure how confident we can be in any testing the companies claim has been done.

Just found Nested Naturals Super Greens. It's organic which is a big plus. Might check with his doc before making final decision.
