Voriconazole and rifabutin

Flucanazole started giving me an instant reaction just a real bad sick feeling so i was switched to voricanazole. I did not start it yet but i see its not recommended with rifabutin. Has anyone taking the 2 together? They will be on seperate days but no days in between. I cant tell if it only makes the voricanazole work less or if there is some type of dangerous interaction.

I do think i have some mold issues so i moved out of the house and got remediation. I would like to get tested soon and probably start some mold protocol. I see voricanazole is sometimes used so will only taking it 2 days a month now make it less useful in the future?

The drug interaction checker I use doesn’t say why they shouldn’t be taken together
It does mention contacting your dr if the voriconazole isn’t working - so maybe that’s why they are contraindicated

What about a different azole

LLMD MR suggests these alternatives
ketoconazole, and itraconazole (Sporanox).
