Anyone seen Dr. Klinghardt and / or Horowitz?

Bump - were u talking about dr. Klinghardt or horowtiz? I just need to make a decision tomorrow. If klinghardt, how long have u been going to him? They told me the average is about 2 years w/ 3 steps forward 1 step back - Followed w/ just maintenance....and a normal life!?!. Was that true for u? Would u suggest them? how bad were ur symptoms b4 going? (Currently getting worse nuerolgically, and need to figure something out). Do they give u meds (im/iv) if u want, or is it a fight to get? Which practitioner did u see? Is there a way u can pm me and we can speak? ( i guess ill figure out how to pm, new to this). Think its imperative to speak w/ an actual patient b4 going.

Spey fisher Thanks. What concerns u? Their way of diagnosing or approach to treatment ( i.e -art, or neural therapy, dmps...the latter sound aggressive, and im a little worried myself. Yet, they told me not everyone gets that, and they use what the patient needs ( i think based on art - Something i should have always double checked w/, instead of listening to the dr.s) Yet, seems outcomes are the most promising by klinghardt. Im scared to go to dr. Horowitz, meds can also b aggressive. my current dr. Told me b/c of my methylation problems he would not do chelation till thats under control, and that hes seen problems w/ antibiotics...he warned me that my detoxification system would get jammed up, causing more problems. Wondering also, if any of horowitz`s patients got worse. additionally, the antibiotics can speed up biofilm production. However, if i need agressive meds, he`ll give it. Its has been crazy trying to get The meds i needed, and the thought of not having it when i need concerns me. But, I feel like klinghardt is more familiar getting people over the hump of methylation problems and heavy metals. Bump- what were ur experiences like w/ this by klinghardt?...in terms of diagnosing i trust kineosolgy, B/c i went to alternatives dr.`s for years, and their quacky diagnosis were backed by labs for me numerous times. ( unfortuneatley they missed the lyme till i swtiched to another quackopractor). Yet, if i choose klinghardt, i need to give up my appointment w/ horowitz, and invest approx 70,000 dollars, and time traveling. I see myself taking my chances w/ both. Dmps can scew me. But if hes right that at the root is emotional and metals, than i can get truely better faster, if done right. Both risky, and expensive...and i cant afford both, or to keep putting my money into drs/ supplements that just keep me stable.
Anyone out there completely better w/ horowitz...or experience staying stable? Anyone hurt / back to normal after seeing klinghardt? Feel free to pm me.

More thoughts and experiences anyone?!? Need more info. Asap to make a choice.

when I got sick with LD I called dr horowitz's office to try to see him. they said their practice is full, but they referred me to another good llmd who is a colleague of dr horowitz. He is also in NY state and is the llmd I see. I think he is very good. I won't say his name on here but if you call dr horowitz's office they can refer you. Sometimes it is hard to get through to dr H's office even on the phone. I can private msg the dr to you if you cant find it the other way- it is worth at least checking them out if you are in NY area anyway,

I have not been to Sofia Institute, but saw Dr. K when he was at a different clinic. My experience was not positive. YMMV.

Yes, thank u....seems like more people have had bad experiences than good ones. Mind made up, not going to go to klinghardt. To risky, and expensive right now. Yet, i do feel there is truth to his findings, but mayb i need someone who can integrate his approaches in a way that is less risky...thank u everyone for helping me narrow my options.

I want to say we “applied” to be on the waitlist last year around this time. The email said they are filling the rest of 2020 but you see Dr H’s Nurse Practitioner and he consults with Dr H. I was surprised to see that email in my inbox today. We like our current LLMD and Dr H is expensive, so trying to do a lot more research and get others experiences.
