Yeah seems Facebook Groups way ahead of ball game, hope everyone subscribes to Beating Bartonella, along with Disulfiram or Azlocillin for Lyme Support Group, and Babesia Budies...
I still love forums, run my own forums as well on other hobbies, but they ain't what they used to be that's for sure, forum really lacking a lot of updated information about
Bartonella along with member activity.
Seems like more updated information and videos of Dr. Rajadas and Dr. Ed Breitschwerdt, heard they had a recent lecture talking about
disulifram and Bartonella together, I never was able to listen to that, it was shared on the "Methylene Blue and Nitroxoline for Bartonella" Facebook page here

By the way, what happen to Dr. Kim Lewis, his photo was stripped down from the "Disulfiram Group"? I just wonder... Because this was the same Doctor who said to my one friend she didn't have neurological lyme infection in an email communicating with her, kind of downplaying the persistence of lyme. I wonder what Dr. Lewis's opinion is now with recent revelations from Dr. Rajadas on how drug resistant Bartonella is, especially after talking with Dr. Ed Breitschwerdt.. Is it still just all autoimmune Dr. Lewis, overuse of doxycycline and an imbalanced microbiome?
Yeah, I think for a lot of lyme patients if they took Disulfiram in the beginning, that bartonella and babesia definitely won't become so drug resistant in the long run, making this disease much more drug resistant and persistant.
However, I'd like to hear Dr. Lewis explain how there are people that don't have lyme, but were scratched by a cat and have had drug resistant Bartonella for 10 years like this Vet Doctor here???
"Cat Scratch Disease: Vet Suffers Extreme Fatigue for a Decade after Catching Rare, Severe Case of Bartonella Infection"
https://www.newsweek.com/cat-scratch-disease-vet-suffers-extreme-fatigue-decade-after-catching-rare-severe-case-1444715My honest opinion, I think Bartonella is a lot more drug resistant than these doctors are considering, even if some of us used disulifram in the beginning, lyme still could become chronic considering how drug resistant Bartonella is and how it lays dormant, then pops up later... Just my thoughts, maybe I'm wrong... I definitely think Dr. Lewis theory that all lyme is chronic due to an imbalanced microbiome isn't probable, I think there's more going on.
Ya know, maybe if we did have a stronger drug that treated bartonella in the beginning, that too wouldn't cause the overuse of antibiotics and an imbalanced microbiome, lead to chronic bartonellosis. But I think there's still a lot of questions un answered, considering some bartonella strains are more aggressive than others just like borrelia.
Anyways, I didn't like the arrogance of that guy and the way he treated my friend, glad Dr. Rajadas is getting more credit and recognition on that Facebook group now!!! Bottom line, even though these people have Phds, doesn't make them Gods, they are still just human beings like you and me, they all have their own bias, they aren't right about
everything. Guy came across as a d!ck to me!
