Destiny,
I would also suggest two other things:
1. Mold - make sure you are not being exposed to mold at home, work, or anywhere you’re spending a lot of time. Mold exposure can keep people bogged down with those symptoms - pain, fatigue, depression.
2. Gut Health - gut issues can also contribute to those symptoms significantly, as the gut affects neurotransmitters, hormones, nutrients, etc, and imbalances of those things can create pain, fatigue, and depression. There are all kinds of gut issues that we are susceptible to - yeast, mold, parasites, SIBO, leaky gut, gluten sensitivity, food sensitivities, etc.
We had some mold removed from our house about
1.5 years ago, I don't think there is any more but maybe I'm wrong. If I have mold toxicity inside my body, do you have any recommendations for treating this? I take activated charcoal semi-regularly and it seems to help with my symptoms sometimes but not sure how effective it is.
I actually made a lot of good progress with my initial muscular pain, but within the past few years a new type of body pain has become an issue. I know, that sounds weird that I have 2 distinct types of muscular pain. I'm not sure how to explain it/make sense of it myself.
When I had my tests I was very high for Mycoplasma, CPN, EBV, HSV. And only a weak-positive for lyme. I feel like bartonella has probably been an issue for me though because I've had cats my whole life and my main symptoms seem common with bart (lots of muscular pain, nerve pain (although this is much better), fatigue...).
Thanks for your advice.
