WBF, is there a reason why you wouldn't take the glutathione at night?
I was told by my first doctor to take it first thing in the morning.
When I was very toxic and had notable reactions to glutathione, I would sometimes feel an urgent need to urinate and have burning with urination. Felt like toxins coming out in my urine were burning me. If you take it in the morning, you will be drinking more water, urinating, moving, etc, which all aid in removing the toxins.
If you take it at night, you will not be drinking water regularly and will be holding urine longer and will not be moving. Seems that would be inefficient. Taking glutathione to get your body to dump toxins right before bed when you can’t effectively eliminate the toxins.
That’s my logic anyway. Did your doctor tell you to take it at bedtime?
