other solid sources of information i have found:
Richard Horowitz MD - near the top of my list - eg for the overall approach - eg the MSIDS model
Stephen Buhner - esp for in detail analysis of the mechanisms of action of the various co-infections and herbs that can help.
Joseph Burascano MD - no longer practicing but was the forerunner to Horowitz and wrote the original ILADS guidelines ( was forced out of clinical practice by pro-IDSA factions i believe - but active in research and speaks at conventions - often found on youtube etc )
Dr Rajadas - he and his team are active in leading research into medications ( eg high throughput screening of compounds for action against Lyme and Bartonella ) - credited with discovering Disulfiram for Lyme - and mainly funded by patient lead groups. This is world-leading grade research funded separately to the state or giant pharma corporations - a very cool thing indeed.
Dr Zhang's group - out of Northwestern. researching natural and pharmaceutical compound's effectiveness in Lyme and Bartonella. eg essential oils, methylene blue etc etc
Ed Breischwerdz( spelling?) - a Veterinary doctor who, despite his title, is perhaps the most authoritative source on human Bartonella infection. very well published and speaks at many of the Lyme and tick bourne disease conventions - eg Norvect etc
I would definitely add Dr J to the list.
He’s been
openly treating for a long time. I’m thinking 30 + years?
