Sdarrah,
If the balance and speech issues are from mold toxicity, I would fully expect those symptoms to resolve over time with mold avoidance, the help of binders, and detox support.
Just beware that some people can feel worse initially once they come out of mold exposure. It’s referred to as “unmasking.” During this phase, you may become hypersensitive to mold and mycotoxins everywhere and start having symptoms in places you never noticed mold before. You may also experience chemical sensitivities to things like fragrance, smoke, gasoline, and cleaning supplies.
It would be a good idea to take supplements to help MCAS as you work your way through this. There are lots of different things and people often try several options to see what works for them. Curcumin, low histamine diet, Vit C, an antihistamine are examples. Xyzal at night and supplements called AllerDHQ and Neuroprotek are what I took.
Keep your living environment as clean, dust free, and chemical free as possible. Eliminate ALL forms of fragrance and use only fragrance free products and cleaning supplies. Do laundry in fragrance free detergent and Borax. Wash any new items as soon as you bring them home. Use a HEPA vacuum cleaner with a sealed system.
Are you still working in that office building? I went back to your other posts and saw where you said the office was air tested with severe levels of mold. Getting out of that building and disposing of articles that you may have like books and papers that came out of that building is the most important part. If you are allowed to work from home, request a new work laptop that has not been used in that building. Laptops have fans that can harbor spores and toxins and cross contaminate environments.
