All those are good. The only things I foresee possibly causing a herx are glutathione and NAC. Start with the glutathione. Take whatever dose the doctor recommended. I was told by a mold doctor to take 3 tsp first thing in the morning. It did make me feel some toxin pain (burning in my tissues).
NAC definitely caused a herx for me the first couple of doses. I was taking 600mg 2x day. I took a few days of after the 2nd dose and restarted with one dose a day in the morning. After the first couple of weeks, it cleared my head noticeably. I didn’t notice anymore improvements after that, although I took it for years after that at 1,200mg/day.
