Sandyfeet, I feel your pain.

We've had snow cover in Massachusetts for six weeks straight, and it's melting now and releasing the wonderous mycological products of nature. I've been outside with a new puppy constantly, so I'm noticing more effects on myself than usual this year, but spring definitely can be a mold fest where I live. Snow melts, plus more rain and warmer temperatures mean more mold growth. And for me, reacting to spring pollens increases my overall reactivity, MCAS, etc. in addition, so I just step up my MCAS remedies (curcumin, quercetin, low-histamine diet, reducing stress). I find that wearing masks helps, even thin ones, just to keep some of the airborne stuff out of my airways. Neti pots can help flush things out, too.
I have a crocus about
to bloom, though, which makes it feel worthwhile.
