Lots of people here have had improvement using ketogenic or low fodmap diet in healing the gut. I think that the probiotics can really have trouble helping unless you are able to shift the composition of you gut microbiome through diet before. It's kinda like "pushing on a string" if you dont do that first. One probiotic i really do like though for gut pathogens is Mutaflor. It was discovered during WW1 because 10% of the troops didnt get dysentery in the trenches. Turns out the had high levels of this strain of e coli which is very anti-pathogenic, so may be better than other probiotics for h pylori. Used extensively out in europe, but its nto approved in the US, becasue, well, it's known to cure colitis, and the FDA cant have that. Can buy it from Canada here tho:

Inulin powder is a pre-biotic which is shown to beneficially feed the good bacterial, while simultaneously binding to toxins since its a fiber. I've been using it. My naturopath loves it. But in general, I stick to the belief that diet comes first. Youre just not going to fix your microbiome regardless of what supplements you take, unless you do that first.
