Can anyone feel/hear their heart beating loudly?

I’ve had a lot of experience with heart palpitations and air hunger. Everyone is different but for me lyme abx (omnicef) helps get my heart rate under control from insane panic mode. Air hunger is primarily solved for me by bartonella meds (mycobutin/Bactrim), it sometimes babesia meds help too. My heart palpitations can also be cause by low blood pressure. I used to take tons of midodrine till shortly before Easter when sometimes went wrong in my head inflammation .... but that’s another story. Like others have said they have different experiences and everyone is different. This is what usually works for me.
