Random pins and needles in feet

Anyone have this while on abx antibiotics? It just started up again and it's not really numb it's more pins n needles sensations through bottom of my feet? Is it lyme?

I was only on clindomycin for 1 week for babesia and by the 7th day i started herxing (always happens when I start abx treatment etc.) Burning in the brain or chest. I need to try disulfiram wonder if I need a prescription, sounds great you're bk on your feet! I'm very happy for you
