Any benefit from rife?

Is rife worth the expense and precious brain energy investment?

What are some common beneficial frequencies people have discovered? Thanks

Rife was on the bottom of my list of remedies when I tried to get well from this disease. i didn get well at all, so I booked a rifing session without expecting much of a help. this was 2018.
But I was very surprised, 2 years of constipation actually changed over night. So I went for more sessions and then finally bought my own machine in 2019

I have had a Spooky 2 Gen X for about a year and a half. Have used it some, but as I've mentioned in the past, I struggle with the concept of it and have not made good use of it. Recently I used it for kidney detoxing.

There are so many frequencies to use it frustrates me which programs to run. People have aid it is very good and has worked for them, but I have failed to grasp the proper use for it. Lot of money sitting here.
