cyanat: I still deal w heart palps occasionally, especially on days after sleepless nights.
I've been adding a little Celtic sea salt to the water I drink throughout the day and it really seems to help. You may want to try something similar.. you may need more sodium, more potassium, or something else (I saw you've tried a mag supplement already).
How is your blood pressure? If low you may want to try just the Celtic sea salt (mostly sodium). If high, you may need more potassium.
Electrolytes also need to be balanced w the amount of water you're consuming.
Look into this a little bit.. it may be helpful and it's cheap and easy
