So I just found out my shedding hair falling out , burning sensations and stinging sensations, bloating, brain fog , and fatigue crashing( as soon as I eat) can be due to sulfur intolerance. I changed my diet so much and noticed I can eat certain things limited. No wonder I also became sensitive to tons of supplements, vitamins, amino acids, and cant detox properly , this is what I was told to do in this order since I have sibo and cnt start abx up again until my gut heals.
1. Treat sibo to minimize reactivity and tolerate symptoms.
2 . Molybdenum
3. Add some sulfur back into the diet
4. B12 hydroxycobalamin
5. Add a little more sulfur
6. B2 (riboflavin)
