Garzie are you taking coq10? It might help you. It's good for the heart apparently.
And mitochondria also.
Thanks Rainy - yep, i have read that too
i am currently taking 200mg per day
i have tried up to 6 x 200mg per day in the past when it was really bad and worrying me - but after around 1 week or more at that dose i could detect no effect / change - so i took it back to a 1x a day as a kind of insurance dose
i also take hawthorn berries as a tea 2x a day - but cannot tell if it is helping -
also Acetyl L carnitine - which i think is supposed to help support the heart
it seems to be a really common thing amongst lyme sufferers - but exactly how it is caused i don't know - i assume its some form of autonomic nervous system dysfunction - or maybe some kind of neuropathy in the nerves that cause the heart rhythm stabilisation in the hear muscle itself
if anyone has any ideas of the actual mechanism - or what may help i would be interested
