With positive tests for both Candida and EBV, I have been trying to treat them with monolaurin and Diflucan. While both cause symptoms when I take them, the Diflucan, even at 50 mg, makes it very hard to get through the day.
So I tried a low dose of olive leaf extract for both candida and EBV and had same results. Monolaurin also causes big problems at low doses. Afternoon fatigue and headaches become much worse, and I have had this weird pain around my throat/lower neck for weeks now.
I did not do any treatment yesterday except for probiotic and felt better. Went back just with monolaurin today and migraine with low fever set in when fatigue always does each day - 3:00 pm.
Sent in Igenex tests last week and waiting to see if Borellia, Bartonella or Babesia or active. Finally, my candida IgM was 1.7, with over 1.0 being positive. IgG was negative. Also, EBV titers were down a good bit last test 3 weeks ago. Can die off really be this tough?
