Liquid binder (charcoal or anything else)

Bentonite clay comes in a liquid. Powder forms are available of modified citrus pectin, charcoal, bentonite clay, cholestyramine, and chlorella. Chlorella also comes in chewable forms. You may empty the contents of a pill into water and take it that way for the binders I'm familiar with. I prefer to modify my doses and start very slowly with new things, so I definitely understand not wanting to start with the pill forms!

Many disagree with me on this, but I find that lots of vegetables and regular bowel movements are the best way to move toxins out of my body. Bill Rawls and Neil Nathan discuss this perspective as well - using food and regular elimination to remove toxins. Binders can be overly mobilizing or constipating, and constipation especially defeats the purpose of binders!

Make sure to drink plenty of water and start slowly.

Not sure what you’re using the binders for or how strong of one you need. If it’s not for mold Burbur and pinella come as drops and I think vitamin shoppe used to sell a drop form of milk thistle.

I've not (yet) tried the product, so I can't give any personal testimony. Given the website looks like it was designed in 1993, it may not inspire a lot of confidence. But, maybe still give it a read and see what you think.

Again, the only reason I'm mentioning it is because it was recommended to me by someone I know. And, I was advised to buy it directly from the manufacturer. The Naturopath has no relationship/affiliation with them.

All great suggestions. You’re in luck with binders, as many of them can be mixed in water and drunk. Room temperature water is probably best to get stuff to dissolve better.

What sara said about bowel movements is very true. I get more toxin relief from real good, multiple bowel movements than anything else. I have never done a coffee enema, but if you are interested in trying that, it would likely be a relief. Might need to replenish electrolytes while doing enemas. Other than that, I would expect it to make a person feel better.

I am sure binders help even if you don’t feel any effects from them. Just make sure to take them a couple hours away from other stuff. You may also need to supplement minerals while taking binders, as they may bind to minerals.

One point I forgot to make about mixing binders in water. Use distilled water. It has no minerals. Many binders will bind to certain metals and minerals. You don’t want the binders binding to whatever’s in the water instead of whatever you’re trying to bind in your body.
