I got some pain in the upper part of my mouth when I did the 2-day fasts, but I just assumed that it was because after the amino acids, I started with a spicy beer sausage.
But today I got it but a lot worse where I started with liver pate, eggs, and gluten-free bread with butter and cheese.
Next time I need to start milder with bone broth and coconut water. It's almost fine now, where I had 2 more meals after that, that went a lot better. Still nice to be able to go without food for 88 hours and continue to work out and do school/work 😊
With all the IBS, pain, and brain fog I had before, I felt a lot like that I can't trust my own body. This year has been a big turnaround around that, and I'm able to do a lot of things other people cant do.
