I know you didn’t ask me - but I took 500 mg of lactoferrin when I was in treatment per day. (Took it in the a.m. with my xylitol

Been using Xylitol + lactoferrin combo for a while now, seems to be the strongest, 500 mg of lacto and 2-tsp of xylitol but I didn't start these at such high doses, slowly progressed to them

yes but you use them for many cycles, its part of the grinding and long term progress of breaking up biofilm throughout much of treatment. So in the whole concoction of meds you take at JSC, its very important. Unlikely you notice positives right away, it takes time
