Do you have enough Ceftin to continue taking it for several more weeks ?
You need to treat until all symptoms are gone plus a few more weeks for insurance.

If you don’t see progress - you could switch to another antibiotic - like minocycline or doxycycline.

It’s difficult to know if you’re having a herxheimer response to the “killing” of the bacteria or if the antibiotic isn’t working.

Are you seeing a LLMD?
You might want to consider that.
