Herxing ….breakout

Anyone experience breaking out on legs, arms back when herxing? Mine look like bunch mequito bites.

It’s not uncommon for that to happen from ABX,....LLMD reassured me of this. You didn’t say if you’re taking ABX or herbals though.

My skin wasn’t normal again till about six months after the last ABX use.

In a nutshell LLMD said it creates a turf war on your skin.

I ended up using a breakout soap by Neutrogena. They also had a more course body scrub version too. Same chemical in both.Salic acid I think it was, something very close to that.

I would look into the possibility of an allergy to the antimicrobials you are taking (either pharma or herbal) and rule that out before continuing.

The skin is one of our detox organs and the breakout could also be toxin overload from microbial die-off. Once certain that it's not an allergic reaction to the abx (that usually shows as a rash on the trunk of the body), start working on supporting your detox organs and pathways - and taking binders regularly, along with solid vitamin and mineral regimen.
