Albendazole

Anyone on these forums not sure if they had a parasite but tried some parasitic meds anyway like albendazole? Effects? Any herbs? There's no testing for parasites that I know of, only stool test which is not accurate unless you have worms in your stool lol. I have so many symptoms and my doc said if you've ever had food poisoning in your life the you most certainly have parasites especially if your stomach has never felt the same since. I can recall times when I was 12 yrs old and thought it was okay to cook a hamburger and steam it in the microwave or the times I've eaten pork and had food poisoning and hour later with vomiting , sweating , diarrhea etc. Or the times I accidentally bit into chicken not knowing it was a little raw. I steamed raw hamburger meat in the microwave for months before my mom asked wth was wrong with me and scolded me saying I absolutely can not do that and that I'd get sick or parasites lol. Well I've rambled on enough. Anyhow do you guys think it's okay to take some albendazole say even if I don't have parasites, as in the pills wouldn't harm me if they weren't needed? I can't use walnut tincture because I'm allergic to walnuts not a high allergy but nut allergies is not sometimes I want to mess with at all. At My docs office they only test more for like guardian and bacteria and such rather than parasites. Does anyone know if there's any lab that actually tests stool samples for tapeworms, roundowrms etc.? Or is it just a standard stool test?

You can cook meat in the microwave - just make sure it reaches a high temperature.

I heard it's okay to do so but it's not something I'd personally do now that I'm older . Because the heat from the microwave doesn't reach all areas of the meat the proper way we are more prone to catching parasites or bacteria etc.

Albendazole cleared a lot of flukes for me.

I've tried it once but never made it to the 2nd pill we're supposed to take. I did however notice a burning sensation in my stomach and a little anxiety or insomnia at bedtime. Maybe it was a little die off reaction and I just didn't know it.. Did you have any die off, anxiety or irritability like lots of others have experienced ? What do liver flukes look like if you had them come out in stool that is( most ppl dont) and what were your symptoms of liver flukes?? I have a liver cyst that was so tiny and can be tapeworm, it's evolving is what the doctor said which is why it was so small it was almost missed.

Dr Y in St Louis uses albendazole and other antiparasite meds.
He also for years has written monthly articles about how and why along with outcomes.
