Leave it to Colorado, they just legalized it there last week during the midterm election. From what I read, Oregon did this a while ago, but you don’t hear about
it.

Some people in Colorado apparently really like their magic carpet rides.
It doesn’t look like it’s legally for sale but you can legally give it , or receive it for free, as long as both parties are 21 years of age or older. Other ways of obtaining for consumption will be trip centers, or trip guides, In the Colorado healthcare industry.

19 other states are trying to decriminalize it. That’s the gray area... it’s technically not legal but they won’t throw you in jail or fine you if you have it.

University of Minnesota is also currently doing a study on Magic mushrooms with 46 people after over 1000 applied. Their study apparently seems to be focusing on eliminating depression as mushrooms can maximize brain plasticity, Creating a somewhat “reset” state for the brain, whereas some very depressed people were able to stop their normal psych medication completely.
