Yesterday evening, I woke with some pressure in the left side of my face. No runny nose or coughing. But, I had a slight tickle in my throat. Actually, it also seems like I feel something a bit higher up, too.
When I would blow my nose, in an attempt to relieve the pressure in my head/face, it made my head hurt something awful. It was like taking an icepick in the temple. When I pinched my nose and tried to equalize the pressure, the same pain happened. So, I just tried not to do either and just drink more water and orange juice. (I've rarely drank orange juice over the past 20 years, but, in the last week, I've probably had six bottles.)
Anyway, I still have the COVID tests that I received earlier this year from the
https://www.covid.gov/tests website the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) created. But, I've still never
opened them. At the moment, I don't feel feverish. I'm concerned if I test myself and it's positive, I may freak out. And, if it's negative, I might wonder if it's a false negative -- and, freak out. There's constantly one or more battles in my head.
You may want to look at the FLCCC and check their protocols, as well as seeing Girlie's suggestions that were provided by Dr. Jemsek. There are other suggestions, too, in the following thread:
https://www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=4308665&g=4308673#m4308673I just got out of a hot shower and I'm probably going to try to get some sleep, so I don't let my mind spiral out-of-control. If there's anything good to say about
the current strains of COVID, it seems like they're more transmissible but less dangerous, generally speaking. But, it may not be COVID that we have.
A few months after the fact, my former doctor thought I might have had COVID around November 2020. The Veterans Administration (VA) didn't/wouldn't test me, so I'll never know. But, based on symptoms, it's possible. If so, I'm hoping that may confer some benefit for me going forward.
Aside from having zinc, cod liver oil (two types), B-complex, magnesium, and K2, I don't have much else. I'd been considering Ivermectin, but I never bought any. Now, it's too late to get anything soon. My non-VA doctor doesn't feel comfortable writing a prescript
ion for it, due to all the upheaval about
it over the past two years. They take it, but they buy it online.
There's a compounding pharmacy in Tennessee that sells it without a prescript
ion, but it's a bit pricey.

For you, I'd say get a lot of rest, drink plenty of water (or non-caffeinated tea, if you like), look into some of the supplements mentioned in the above thread, and eat extra "healthy" -- whatever that means to you.
I'm not sure of the validity, but I've heard that soaking in a hot bath might elevate your body temperature a bit and help to battle bacteria and other things. I heard that from a medical doctor that Dr. John McDougall interviewed. That was several years ago, so I can't recall her name. My temperature also tends to operate in the 97°F / 36°C range, but went down as low as 96.0°F / 35.55°C in September 2014.
Since enzymes are affected by temperature, this might also be a good reason to keep warm.
"Each enzyme has an optimal temperature range, meaning the enzyme has highest activity somewhere near the middle of that range. If the temperature is too far below or too high above this range, the enzyme stops working. Enzymes work fastest when they are at the optimum temperature, but as the temperature gets lower the enzyme’s activity begins to decrease."Source"Temperature: Enzymes work best when your body temperature is normal, about 98.6°F (37°C)."Source"The shape of an enzyme also depends on its temperature. When enzymes get too warm, they get too loose. And when they get too cold, then they get too tight. When they are just the right temperature, then they are just the right shape and the chemical reactions that they catalyze take place at the optimal rate and with the most ease. When the temperature is too hot, too cold, or unsteady, the enzymes will spend less time in their optimal shape which simply translates into having a less than optimal metabolism."SourceI hope you, RainyCloud, and WalkingbyFaith quickly overcome whatever is perturbing your systems.
