Natual Calm (Citrate/Malate).
I was on Magnesium oxide, but I went off it because it can irritate symptoms like heart palpitations.
Generally, it's recommended that you take it to bowel tolerance. So, start with say, half a teaspoon in room temperature water. Take away from meals. You don't want to dilute your stomach acid, esp. with this disease. See how you feel. Increase until you're having more bowel movements, and reduce if you get too many loose stools or diahhrea.
It's good to have a lab check your Mg levels, as too much can also cause symptoms (though that's usually quite high doeses). Most Lymies are deficient in magnesium.
