i do not know of any directly
but i notice that Lyme disease seems to be taken a bit more seriously in some nordic countries more than others - depending on the politics of it - and i have a feeling Finland is one of the ones that takes it more seriously
i was diagnosed by a test developed by a Finnish company that was backed by government funding - so i think that may indicate a more progressive view of the system there
the test manufacturer is a company called Tezted - see
https://www.tezted.com/tickplexand the lab that performed the test was Armin Labs in Germany
https://arminlabs.com/ensince they use this new more sensitive test - one of these organisations may be able to put you in touch with doctors / providers in Europe who use it - and therefore are in the pro-patient side of the Lyme medical divide.
good luck !
