Bart hypercoagulation - Breezzy or others

Good afternoon everyone,

I hope it's a good day for everyone. I am treating Bart right now with Bactrim, Rifampin, Methylene Blue, and Liposomal cinnamon clove and oregano oil.

I get tingling in my legs and my legs go to sleep easily. I thought the tingling was a CNS thing but I am starting to lean more toward a possible hypercoagulation/circulation thing. I am of course not 100% sure but leaning that way.

That being said, I read something Breezzy wrote a while back about boluoke helping and I wondered if it helped with similar symptoms? I have a bottle of it ready to add into my protocol for it's biofilm use, of course realizing it will make me herx and feel worse - but I guess I wonder --

HAS lumbrokinase helped others with similar blood/circulation issues??

Hi Garzie, it's interesting you mention PEM. I'm having more of that lately but for me it is directly after doing exercise. I'm 41 and have always been into cardio exercise and even a few months ago could do 4 miles a day on the peleton. Now I feel tired and tingling in my legs after and just not right. And I can only do about 10 minutes as opposed to 30. I think I'll try the bromelain. Is it a take on an empty stomach thing? Did I understand you right that only 6 weeks of bromelain had a positive impact on your PEM?

Hi Katie,

Enzymes have been absolutely critical to my progress. Start with 1 boluoke a day and it must be taken on an empty stomach minimum 1 hour from any meds/food. I take my enzymes 1 hour before ributin/biaxin/mino early in the morning. The enzymes will clean up the blood and help your meds get to places they need to go. This is most likely why people experience a reaction/herx when taking the enzymes.

hi just to clarify

yes, enzymes should generally be taken on an empty stomach - otherwise they tend to use up their enzyme effects on your food and not so much in your blood stream.
although it can be helpful to start taking them with food initially to make them more tolerable if your system is sensitive to them.

ref my PEM - reducing PEM and getting my health back has been a slow process for me - with gradual improvement over the last 2 years - rather than any miracle cures.
most treatmnets and supplements have only moved me forward a little at a time
so while the direction is positive - i am just a stubborn case and the timing is therefore slower than i would like.
i was however able to see dramatic changes in the amount of fibrin in my blood after taking 2x 500mg 3000gdu per gram doctors best bromelain per day - and my exercise tolerance did improve measurably during this period

a word of warning though on searching for others that have exactly the same symptoms as you in the hope that by doing whatever treatments worked for them - will work for you.
this is a completely understandable approach - but it seems that the assumptions contained within the reasoning behind it do not always - or even often - seem to work out.

the explanation for this is probably that these diseases act on us in general ways - eg for bartonella - it drives inflammation - small vessel disease - excess fibrin - excitotoxicity in the brain - gut issues - auto-immune diseases - but then the actual symptoms we experience are the result of a complex interplay between environmental factors - the infection - our immune system - other genetic weaknesses or dispositions. in short: we are complex beasts.

for this reason we often have to tackle the infection itself at a basic level to make progress with the various symptoms, rather than tackle individual symptoms themselves if that makes sense

bromelain or lumbrokinase are still useful adjuncts to treatment - i just mean that in themselves they may not provide much relief - while bartonella is still active and driving inflammation etc the other way

I think some of you may be experiencing this sensitivity to bolouke due to pre existing protocols.

If you’re on an extensive regimen at a high dose vs starting slowly on everything with bolouke concurrently.

Perhaps a babesia / bartonella reaction more specifically based on how my protocol was originally organized.

Not saying it’s right to go either way, just my guess as to what’s happening.

i think there is some truth in that

i would certainly expect much less reactivity from taking firin agents - if you are not already taking anything antimicrobial at the time

i was already taking antimicrobials when i added biofilm/fibrin agents and noticed very strong herx like reactions.

but i have spoken to others with lyme etc that have had no reaction to taking them at all - but these people seem to be the minority that do not experience herx reactions from many drugs/ agents in the first place

my guess is its just another highly individual reaction to treatment type thing

though i think there is a general pattern - if you are a person who generally has strong herx like reactions to antimicrobials - i think its likely you will also experience this from fibrin or biofilm agents
especially if you are already taking anti-microbials when you start - even if reactions to those were under control / stable at the time.
