My questioning on your link to that lyne doctor was if she knew how to treat oral Lyme issues or if she works someone else who did. The fact that she recognizes it doesn’t really make her any better llmd than any other good ones.

There have been people here in the past (only a couple), who did encounter jaw bone issues from Lyme bacteria.

As far as cavities go I had a post here maybe last summer about
it which had some pretty good comments in it from other members.
Some people regardless of how well they try to prevent cavities just get them. And I personally know people who should get cavities based on their eating habits, but they don’t.
So it also has to do with your immune system in your saliva.
People who sleep with an
open mouth, will get dry mouth and that also brings on cavities. There are dry mouth sprays made for using before going to sleep. These are on retail shelves.
As far as Brushing goes, those battery operated ultrasonic toothbrushes are even better than a manual one if you don’t want a rechargeable. You can actually feel the difference.
There are pros and cons to fluoride which I am not going to get into because saliva pH is actually more important. Acidic pH is cavity habitat. The link that I had in the previous comment for carry free has elevated pH toothpaste and rinse. These are not cheap.
I also had a post that listed 95% of retail online and store available oral rinses and their pH level. The popular ones are actually sometimes Lower acidic pH themselves, so it’s pointless. There is a fairly new one which I provided the link below called Thera breath.
They make several types of rinses the bottles are in different colors their descript
ion of what they do is not very good so I will give you a shortcut and just say the pink bottle is the best one for prevention cavities. it is the highest pH rinse available on retail shelves. Target stocks it (about
nine dollars ) and of course it’s available on Amazon and other places online:
