Ivermectin (and other parasite meds) in the UK?

Does anyone know if it’s legal to import ivermectin into the UK? Unfortunately for me I have an intestinal helminth problem and I believe the only parasite medication we can get from within the UK is mebendazole.

I know it’s legal to import prescription medication for personal use as long as it’s no more than three months’ worth. But I worry that with the number of people trying to get their hands on ivermectin for covid, the law may have been changed and/or customs may seize it.

I’m also interested (but less so at this early stage in treatment) in the systemic anti parasitics like praziquantel, alinia, etc if anyone should happen to know their legal status too.

There seem to be a lot of different generic makes of ivermectin out there. Are there any that you (or others reading) have found more effective over others? Any makes to avoid?
