Azithromycin 250 mg

I had to take azithro 250 mg because my chest mucous was dark green and taste awful when coughed up. I figured my allergies turned into bronchitis or flu or something bacterial. The green phlegm is gone after 3 days on azithro. I've been having loads of nausea Anda needle like pain through my retina or eye ball. Azithro is used for many things including its my abx protocol for my lyme and Bart rn. Can the heavy nausea and wierd pains be from a herx from the azithro? It just doesn't seem likely that it's from my cold or flu

Update- 3rd day on azithro and now I ate soup for dinner made with bone broth. I feel sick to my stomach, a little dizzy, some heart palps and a little rib or chest pain it's wierd. I feel super hard nausea though. I've taken some bentonite detox right now since I haven't taken it in a while. Can nausea and dizzy be herx, can all these be herx?

Definitely could be. If u haven't used it in a while, or any other abx for a while, it can definitely cause die-off. I have used it in the past and it was definitely active against my infection, though not as strong as Clarithromycin.

Yes that's it! I've used bactrim several times but not azithromycin in the past. I haven't used them consistently either in the past, maybe for a few days the most.
