I am currently still building my "lyme Stack" for my diagnosed borreliosis and suspected bartonellosis and i am Kind of clueless.
I currently do treatment with:
- minocyclin
- artemesia
- banderol/samento
My Supplements so far are:
- Probiotics
- Vitamin C, D and K
- Magnesium
- Shilajit/Mumijo
I was thinking about
some detoxifing agents Like chlorella and maybe Melatonin?
What can you recommend?
Greetings

Chlorella is fine, unless you have mercury amalgams (silver fillings) in your teeth. Charcoal is another cheap binder that is easy to get. Just take charcoal 2-3 hours apart from other supplements, meds, or food, as it binds to anything in the gut.
Epsom salt baths are great for detox and relieve pain. Start low and slow and see how you respond. A typical bath is with warm but not too hot water with 1-3 cups of Epsom salt for 20 minutes. I have read not to go over 30 minutes. You can start with a foot soak in 1 cup of Epsom salt for 10 minutes if you’re unsure about
how you might respond. If you have intolerance to heat (POTS, dizziness, nausea), try a foot soak instead of a bath or use mildly warm water for less time (10 minutes).
Other good supplements:
- milk thistle for liver support
- hawthorn for heart support
- TUDCA for detox/liver support

If your probiotics do not contain S. Boullardii (a beneficial yeast), I would use that to help prevent Candida/yeast overgrowth from antibiotic usage.

Glutathione helps me when I have mental symptoms like depression or feeling discouraged over nothing. I get the liquid from the company Seeking Health that has several other things in it to aid with absorption. It’s a very powerful antioxidant and helps with detoxing. I think it must help clear whatever’s in my brain when I have emotion-related symptoms.
I believe Glutathione is supposed to be avoided if you have metallic fillings as well.
