Thanks, Rainy, Very thoughtful. After reading through the article, I still think the positive lip biopsy for Sjogrens makes it hard to doubt. I don't say that as completely knowing, but am thinking the positive biopsy leaves secondary Sjogrens doubtful? The biopsy is hard to get around.
i think secondary Sjogrens syndrome - would defo still have positive lip biopsy.
"secondary" - just means it was judged to be caused by some other primary factor - in this case lyme
i think Rainy was just posting it to show
1, that lyme can cause Sjogrens
2, that treating the lyme improved Sjogrens
