Ongoing severe pain and pressure in teeth

Guys I need help here is the only way to get this to go down to back off and take a break?

My brain stem is so inflamed that if I take 3-5 days off it just gets worse but the teeth crap has become unbearable and my head hurts to touch along with a litany of other severe symptoms.

Sorry you’re suffering!
I had a very bad herx when I was treating Bartonella - it was near to the end of my pulsed cycle. I stopped all the abx and just do what I could to make me feel better.
(Warm Epsom baths took the edge off it.)

Does ice packs help at all?

At one point I used ice for the burning pain on my upper back.

I think maybe you are overdoing it. Can you take something that will stop borrelia from growing but not cause a huge herx (eg amoxicillin) while you treat bartonella and other things?

I generally had success treating bartonella first, and then dealing with borrelia once the bart was gone.

One problem with the tooth/jaw pain is that once borrelia gets in there and causes damage, then other bacteria from your mouth get in there too, so maybe you will still herx from the other infections. Of course you do want to kill those bacteria otherwise your teeth will eventually rot out.

I'd suggest starting with something that will kill the active bartonella but not disturb the persisters too much (eg minocycline). If you don't have an active fungal infection, you might want to avoid the anti-fungals, especially stuff like atovaquone and fluconazole which can disturb dormant bartonella.
