Methylene blue herxing

not too many people here using it - but many people on "Methylene Blue for Bartonella" Facebook group report very strong herx reactions from it.

i had headaches and disturbed sleep from it - which are typical herx signs associated with killing bacteria in the CNS for me

it has good BBB penetration and tends to be active for persister states of bacteria - so i would say its expected - especially if you typically get CNS symptoms from antimicrobials

I take methylene blue with artemesia and minocycline. If I take either the methlylene or the artemesia, I don't herx, but when I take them both I can get a pretty strong reaction.
