So I've been having a pain under my right armpit that has been increasing in frequency and severity. It feels like lymph node pain but it could also be inflammation from (RSI) repetitive stress injury of being in front of a computer with a rickety small desk and a cheap mouse. Maybe my arm is at an unnatural angle, I hope that is all it is because I massaged it one night and the pain went away for awhile.
I now use my left hand to operate the mouse and it alleviates the pain temporarily. And I keep my keyboard closer to my hands and body which I've heard helps tremendously with ergonomics.
But this pain, called lymphadenopathy I think? Has been so severe at times I literally get naseous and almost throw up. Only times I can think of where I felt pain so extreme is when nerve is directly hit, like when I hit a nerve near my elbow funny bone on the edge of a wall and almost puked from the pain. It's like that but it aches and aches, and gets bad when I stand up almost like it's circulatory.
Sorry for my long post but I am worried that since I have let my infections (the ones I know about
which is at least a Bb and Co or 2..) embed themselves as I haven't taken an herbal or traditional abx in 6-9~ months because I was spooked about
resistance and long term Gi health, or literally strongly discouraged from taking them by certain entities (and at times idiotically-nerfed and non-LLMD) health care.
I guess I'm hoping MDs also lurk here to allay my fears and tell me it's probably stress or RSI like I think it is, from working online a LOT and maybe some HHV nerve pain thrown in.
Anyhoo, just venting about
this crazy level of pain and getting paranoid about
lymphoma horror stories about
it spreading quickly (Hodgkins, non-Hodgins, melanoma) and stuff like that...
I want to do some x-rays and an MRI to look for tumors and blood flow problems but haven't been able to convince a specialist to do this yet, that may be my next move...
now may be the time because, my health care card is activated again, and I cut my hair short for hot summer, enough to where you can see the weird bald spot on my head (uncannily and exactly near childhood trauma/concussion area) and the sore that won't heal, or maybe I pick at it too (sry again I know I'm not a hypochondriac though b/c this is real-real pain and plain visual evidence now), it's just that everything I've read about
scar tissue, past trauma, infections and cancer taking root at these sites etc. are throwing red flags to me (nevermind the intense pain).
Only thing is work is ramping up to a super-busy level now so I wanted to wait until after..like maybe end of November or mid-December...to get all the tests. What do you all think?
**UPDATE**
Pain has subsided after a couple of nights of decent sleep! and 2 heroic doses of raw garlic and a myriad of supplements. Not sure what did it... the healing power of sleep?? the anti-inflammatory/anti-bacterial properties of garlic?? Vitamin C? Ashwagandha? Siberian Ginseng? Sweating while working on car? Changing mouse-hands? I don't know but I'm just glad the pain is gone!
I'm feeling good enough, I might go back on my freestyle Buhner's: Cat's Claw and Grapefruit Seed Extract... but I'll be mindful of keeping my detox/kill load light enough for my body's compromised immune system to handle.
