I would like to throw in a discussion of wich binders may be useful.
I have looked into some holistic youtube videos and they said against mycotoxins only
1.cholestyramine
2. welchol
3. ocra extract
are useful binders and said active charcoal and bentonite clay are not good for mold and only good for other issues aswell. is this true?
I recently even saw a paper of the australian government addressing mold illness, so this thing might even become official?
@Threadstarter:
I dont know much about
mold but as far as I recall it mold has , just like saraeli said, similar symptoms to bartonella on its own and basically exaggerates other diseases and makes them worse.
there have been some claims that treatment resistance of chronic infections may be due to mold , I do not know wheither this is true, I think the body is incredibly complex so I wouldn't know why this can't be true for atleast some people.
I think, just like saraeli already elaborated very extensivly, MMP-9 + c3a + c4a + TGFbeta + VEGF + addtional labs is a good starting point. MSH might also be low, since mold doctors often claim that MSH often low in the beginning of mold illness already.
As you might see I always used the term "mold doctors claim" or "this might be" ,
this is the case because its a controversial topic, even in the lyme community but according to my belief
"Whoever heals, is right" so look into it, if it works for you, your living proof!

Hope that could help some bit
