Anyone familiar with Apex Botanicals? (Vs Green Dragon)

I have been using Green Dragon LB Core liquid for some time but the expense is quite high. I recently came across Apex Botanicals which is more reasonable and sells larger quantities, and has a good first time buyer discount, but I am having a hard time finding any reviews of quality or personal experience with the products.

I've also been searching for a post from a while back that calculated dosage of the Green Dragon liquid formula as compared to the pill form. I think it might have been Garzie who did the calculation? I can't find any strength info on the packaging or the website for the liquid. The Apex Botanicals liquid formulas say 1:4. Is that standard for most tinctures?

Thanks Garzie! I remain undecided on whether to try Apex Botanicals. The cost savings is meaningless if not the same quality. I guess it is safest to stick with the Buhner approved vendor for now. I'll let you all know if I learn anything more on this place.

I am in Northern California. After all that I did decide to try an order from Apex. I just couldn't pass up the great deal for a first time customer of 35% and they did put together a convincing website. I'm not sure why I am holding some skepticism. I hope that is unfounded. And dang! I wish I had checked back here first. The site you recommend is way cheaper than anything I have come across on this continent. I haven't checked shipping but it seems like even with that it should come out much more economical. Sigh. Next time.

If you want tinctures, Woodland Essence is good quality. If you can tolerate drinking powder mixed in water, then I would highly recommend getting Japanese knotweed in powder (not cut) in one pound bags from 1st Chinese herbs (use LYME in discount code). Plum Flower or Nuherb brand. The powder is wayyyyy cheaper than the tincture and knotweed is effective in powder form. You can mix the powder in water and add tincture of other herbs in it.

I have purchased from Apex a few times and everything seemed legit. It is hard for me to assess quality because I do not have a significant immediate reaction to most herbal remedies, for better or worse. I have rotated between these and antibiotics for about two years now and have improved quite a bit to my current point of stubborn stuckness, so I like to think they were effective in keeping me on the track of healing, but I'm not confident in giving my whole-hearted endorsement.
