Just got lyme, please help

So around the 20th of June I found what I thought was a hive on the back of my arm by my elbow. I ignored it cause sometimes I randomly get hives but a few days later it started to itch and my mom put hydrocortisone on it, then a few days after that which was the 27th of June my mom saw it had changed into a bullseye rash. Immediately we called my primary care doctor but they can’t get me in until August. So then we called my dermatologist and they got me in the next day. Well by the next day the bullseye rash had lightened a little which my mom mentioned to the doctor and they immediately said it can’t be lyme disease then and sent us on our way. Well then I started developing symptoms like joint pains, headaches, stomach problems, etc. So on the 3rd of July we went to urgent care and the person there prescribed 3 weeks of doxycycline and suggested I go to a place that does EBOO treatments and stuff that she also works at where they also test for coinfections. So far on doxycycline I’ve done fine in terms of not feeling super sick afterwards. The person who prescribed it said to take it with a little food if I feel sick with it which I’ve been doing. I have been having some joint pain in my knees and ankles though and I’m wondering if that could indicate a coinfection? I want to ask for 3 more weeks of doxy just in case, but I cant get into any doctors near me since they’re all booked and i’m having trouble finding an LLMD where I live. I’m 18 and I start college soon and i’m so scared of the long term effects and chronic lyme. I’m constantly crying with worry and I feel like my life is over before it even started. If anyone could help me with the steps I need to take next because I feel like only taking doxy for 6 weeks with a probiotic (florastor) isn’t enough and i’m just so scared. I don’t want to be in pain for the rest of my life.
So to recap -
Probably got bit around the 20th of June
Got prescribed doxy 2 weeks afterwards (100mg twice a day for 3 weeks)
Been taking a probiotic (florastor) 2-3 hours
after taking doxy
Going to ask for 3 weeks more of doxy just in case
Trying to get tested for coinfections, mold, heavy metals
Is there anything else I should be doing? I’ve seen something about biofilm busters but i’m not sure what they are and if i should be taking them? Any help will be appreciated. Also need help finding a good LLMD in West Michigan or anywhere near here (can be Chicago or wherever just in the general area is fine)

Having a average clean diet and taking good care of your health ATM goes a long way to clear out the illness I think.
There is a very small risk of developing a chronic stage, most of borrelia infections heal naturally without any problems,

Immediate doxycycline for 6 weeks should provide protection for Lyme and co-infections, but you might consider adding the herb astragalus twice per day for 30 days as well.
