I noticed that the product lymph activ which I mentioned I tried previously also contains Astralagus which I've read can be difficult for people with chronic lyme to take because of the stimulating effects on the immune system, is this correct? so perhaps this is why I couldn't tolerate it

the product also contains, burdock root, red clover, cleavers, mullein

I'm thinking of trying an individual herb to help with lymphatic drainage

I've heard that red root is the most effective for this, is that correct does anyone know? thanks
