I should say though that it's very likely that my only infection left is Babesia, so my report might not be very exciting, given that this is for Lyme. But, we'll see what happens..
P. Lanceolata was the most effective in the study but, on average, the differences weren't that big between them. It also depended on what
location it was harvested from, but even with that they ranked similarly on average.
The leaf part of the plant is supposed to have the anti biofilm properties, but if you're already addressing biofilms it doesn't matter that much whether the leaf is included or not.
They both likely work through similar compounds, so I think just the one would be fine.
