9 AM Got out of bed, After laying there since 7 AM, hoping to sleep a little more, but not successful.
9:10 Read Email, texts, etc. and my brain clarity felt pretty good.
9:30 AM took my thyroid medicine, Then went grocery shopping (fasting).
1045, Arrived home had some pre-breakfast, snacks, of nuts and celery.
11AM, slight brain fog sets in. No matter what I eat, this happens. I’ve had food sensitivity testing so I avoid those foods. I can’t imagine what happened if I actually ate those.
11:30 AM , I have some low acid coffee and brain fog slightly improves But not completely, (not until 3 PM)
1215, I’m feeling kind of sleepy but since it’s Sunday I might actually take a 15 minute power nap before I go about
my Sunday to do list.
There is no way to test for leaky gut as far as I know, but since I get tired after eating, I’m guessing I still have some sort of leaky gut? Just a guess. I’ve been taking some leaky guts supplements and I slightly improved, but it’s hard to make it completely better.
