Xylitol + lactoferrin protocol details

I don't have advice about dosage, but I do have tips.

If you have IBS or anything similar, keep in mind that xylitol is a high-FODMAP substance and can cause diarrhea and cramping even in people with no previous intestinal problems. Start small and increase your dose slowly.

In fact, with biofilm disruptors in general, also start small and increase your dose slowly. Active pathogens can be released back into circulation when biofilm is disturbed, so people combine biofilm busters with antimicrobials to kill what's been released. Going slowly might allow you to manage the active pathogens better. This might already be your plan!

Some LLMDs caution against disturbing biofilm because your healthy microbiome microbes also form biofilms, so you're also killing those when you kill other things. Be sure to ingest plenty of prebiotics and probiotics to repopulate your microbiome and healthy biofilms later on.

Other supplements with documented biofilm-busting potential include: Baikal skullcap, stevia, thyme, cat's claw, birch, cassia, clove, black walnut, kelp, iodine, chamomile, monolaurin, oregano, otoba, bromelain, lumbrokinase, serrapeptase, nattokinase, NAC, and bay leaf. (You may already be taking some of these.) People also use Biocidin as a biofilm breaker.

Start with 1 tbsp with 750mg lactoferrin if you respond OK work your way up to 3 tbsp per day. 7 Consecutive days per month. I put water in my mouth then plop the tablespoon of xylitol in my mouth swish than swallow instead of mixing it with a big glass of water. I then chase with more water. Xylitol is great for teeth too so you can use it as moutwash.
