Gluten continues to go well, and I eat it a few times a week with no major issues.
I have been reading Neil Nathans's new book The Sensitive Patient's Healing Guide. After that, I have been doing DNRS more again and exercises for the vagus system as I understand more now the role they have for my sensitivities. Also started Xlear and CitriDrops for mold treatment for the nasal system.
Sold my guitar and going to order a digital piano soon. I think it's quite nice for my stress levels to play an instrument a few nights a week.
And just started experimenting with pushing harder than before at the gym with finishing with two drop sets per muscle group. I'm only going to do this for two of my four sessions a week at the gym so my body can recover. Olympic lifting tomorrow
