did they provide photos of the suspected pathogens / slides

the reason i ask is we have seen a number of blood smears recently from European labs with statements like "Babesia, bartonella, borrelia etc present"
i have seen the same in some Facebook groups also

but the accompanying images did not always show the characteristic features of these organisms expected under the microscope - so it seems like there is some services being provided by people who are not clear on what these features are / are not able to correctly identify some of these organisms.

OK - its not a big expense either way

but 2% cells with babesia is actually a VERY high number for a chronic infection ( its more commonly 1 in 1000 cells in chronic babesia )

without seeing what they are calling babesia its hard to interpret what it really means

in reality i think there are very few people who can accurately identify many of these pathogens in blood - and the true experts will tell you that a lot of the time there are simply suspicious items in the blood that cannot be definitively identified visually - i.e. - a shape could be babesia, could be a platelet, could be some cellular debris - could be something else - its a long way from the black and white picture many of these reports seem to confidently state.

if it were easy and straightforward - every LLMD's office would have a microscope in it.

yeahh true, also the transport and timing is quite important. I read that if it takes to much times the cells can change.... Also i read mostly that in the polen lab are postiiv on bart, babs and anaplasmose. Im totaly on your side if it would be so easy, everbody would have it.... Dr. Reinhardt also dont support the polen lab anymore, he suggest Tarello in dubai.
