in Europe i get all three from Lymeherbs.eu

i have purchased sida before from Mount eagle herbs in Toronto

bit pricey but the quality was very good

You could try Woodland Essence
I get their tinctures, but they also sell herbals in leaf form

i always was pro lymeherbs, but i have the feeling the tinctures are not so strong enough anymore. I just tried an tincture from phönix aus leidenschaft (austria) it tasted so much more intense (even it was just 1:4) lymeherbs i always took (1:2) anyway, if you wanna make it by your own, i would purchase the crytpo powder from phönix aus leidenschaft, and the other stuff from lymherbs.

i can vouch for the cryptolepis cut root ( whole herb) from Lymeherbs.eu
( the sida and alchornea are fine also )

nothing wrong with its potency at all - when you buy it as a whole root - not powder you can see what you are getting - and the quality is actually very good

i prefer to make my own tinctures as i can control the process that way - and its also much cheaper

When tincture making are y'all simply following Buhner's instructions concerning strength and dosage?

Yep. Thats what i am doing.

I have had to build up to his suggested max doses over time though as all the string antimicrobial ones hit me pretty hard.

I hope its of some help.

I was considering just buying the CSA combo tincture through somewhere like Sagewomanherbs vs. making individual tinctures My only concern is I'm not sure if combo tinctures like that are strong enough or are too weak and the bottles would run out quickly necessitating buying bottle after bottle. Costs would obviously add up in that scenario. How do you think of combination tinctures like CSA?

I cant think of any reason why combination tinctures from a reputable supplier should be weak.

It will always be more expensive to buy ready made vs making your own.
But making your own is of course more effort.
So its mainly just a choice of money vs effort.

You can also start out with ready made and - if you find its helping, but costly swap to making your own.
