Pretty simple question. There are probably some more advanced herbs that work really good but I imagine there’s some common ones that I already have sitting around.
Googling this, the answer is not as clear as it was two or three years ago.
Thanks

In the "still COVIDing" circles that I'm a part of, people are still following the extensive recommendations that Buhner made for COVID before he died if they become infected. Also lumbrokinase or nattokinase, melatonin, zinc, vitamin D, and cannabis. For cytokine-related issues, people also use the usual things people with chronic Lyme use (curcumin, quercetin, diet, etc.) as well as nicotine patches/gum. I hope that whatever virus you have is short-lived and resolves completely!

Thanks Sara!
I’ll make a trip to the supplement store tomorrow. For now, I have some zinc lozenges on hand (Always in stock at my house !), so I thought I’d try that today for starters.

Cryptolepis had a lot of attention drawn to it during the outbreak. Several third-world countries that couldn't afford the vaccine performed promising studies on its effectiveness. As it so happens, I was taking it as part of my Lyme regimen during that time. Even though I was exposed to people who were infected & symptomatic, I wouldn't even swab positive for Covid. I often times wonder if it was an unheralded effective treatment.......
